- 100 g Mung Bean Sprouts washed
- 1 medium Carrot shredded
- 1 bunch Mint Fresh Leaves chopped roughly
- 1 small Cucumber deseeded and sliced diagonally
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves chopped roughly

- Chiffonnade the fresh herbs. Mix the salad ingredient together.
