  • 100 g Mung Bean Sprouts washed
  • 1 medium Carrot shredded
  • 1 bunch Mint Fresh Leaves chopped roughly

  • 1 bunch Coriander Leaves chopped roughly

Instructions

  • Chiffonnade the fresh herbs. Mix the salad ingredient together.
