

Tabouli Tabbouleh Tabouleh - Parsley salad
Broccoli tastes completely different when chopped so fine. Great way to up the fibre intake.

Ingredients
Salad
- 300 g Broccoli Blitzed in the food processor
- 1 large tomato deseeded and diced
- 1 small Onion Red Finely diced
Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1 tspn Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tspn Pepper - White
Instructions
- Place the Broccoli in a food processor and process until it is the size rice grains. Mix broccoli and tomato in a salad bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. The amount of dressing your make and use is up to you as long as it is equals parts oil to lemon juice.
