  • 100 g Green beans Chopped in to 1 cm pieces
  • 100 g Broccoli Chopped
  • 100 g Snow peas Destringed.
  • 1 tspn Water
  • .5 tspn Sesame Oil


  • Place the greens and the water in a microwave safe steamer bowl - these are a good investment - they have a sealed lid with a steam relief popper. Microwave for 1 minute and check if they are steaming hot but not soft and soggy. If not then add for another 30 seconds. Check again. Do NOT be tempted to do them for 1:30 first up because they over cook really quickly and easily. Less is best! Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
