Use any similar flavoured greens from your fridge,

Ingredients

  • 50 G Broccolini Large chop
  • 50 G Sugar snap peas
  • 5p G Snow peas
  • 1 Small Spring onion Large Slice – diagonally
  • 2 Brussel sprouts Quartered lengthwise
  • .25 Tbsp Ginger Fine slice
  • .25 Tbsp Currants
  • .25 Tspn Sesame oil

Instructions

  • Stir fry in frypan or wok then dress with sesame oil.
