- 50 G Broccolini Large chop
- 50 G Sugar snap peas
- 5p G Snow peas
- 1 Small Spring onion Large Slice – diagonally
- 2 Brussel sprouts Quartered lengthwise
- .25 Tbsp Ginger Fine slice
- .25 Tbsp Currants
- .25 Tspn Sesame oil
Instructions
- Stir fry in frypan or wok then dress with sesame oil.
