

Salsa - Avocado & Capsicum
Salsa adds a touch of special to any meal.

Ingredients
- 1 small Capsicum Diced finely
- 1 small Avocado Diced finely
- 5 Spring onions Finely sliced - white part only
- 1 squeeze Lemon juice
- 1 dibble olive oil plain or flavoured
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Dice all of the ingredients to the same size, approximately 3mm cubes. Squeeze the lemon and drizzle the olive oil over, mix through and serve.
