  • 1 ear Sweet Corn Strip of it kernels
  • 2 Spring onions Finely sliced
  • 1 Small Cucumber Finely diced
  • .5 Small Capsicum Red. Finely diced
  • 1 dash Pomegranate Dressing This is quite tart - any tart vinegar based dressing.


  • Dice all of the ingredients to the same size, approximately 3mm cubes. Drizzle the dressing over, and serve.
