Salsa - Pear Fennel & Zucchini
- 1 Pear Diced finely
- .5 Small Fennel Finely sliced
- 1 Small Zucchini grated
- 1 medium Chilli Red diced finely
- 1 squeeze Lemon juice
- 1 dibble olive oil plain or flavoured
- Dice all of the ingredients to the same size, approximately 3mm cubes. Squeeze the lemon juice over the pear to stop it going brown. Drizzle the olive oil over, and serve.
