Salsa adds a touch of special to any meal - the trick is to make every thing the same size!

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Radish Finely julienned
  • 1 small Cucumber Deseeded and finely julienned
  • 2 Spring onions Finely julienned
  • 50 g Snow peas Finely julienned
  • 1 tspn Salt

Instructions

  • Julienne the radish and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 15 mins this takes that bitter flavour away. Mix all julienned ingredients to together and serve.
