Salsa - Radish & Spring Onion
- 2 Large Radish Finely julienned
- 1 small Cucumber Deseeded and finely julienned
- 2 Spring onions Finely julienned
- 50 g Snow peas Finely julienned
- 1 tspn Salt
- Julienne the radish and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 15 mins this takes that bitter flavour away. Mix all julienned ingredients to together and serve.
