Salsa - Pear Ginger Chili
- 1 Pear Diced finely
- 1 inch Ginger peeled diced finely
- 1 medium Chilli Green diced finely
- 1 squeeze Lemon juice
- 1 dibble olive oil plain or flavoured
- 1 sprig Herbs of your chocie
- Dice all of the ingredients to the same size, approximately 3mm cubes. Squeeze the lemon juice over the pear to stop it going brown. Drizzle the olive oil over, place the herb sprig and serve.
