

Tabouli Tabbouleh Tabouleh - Frisee or Curly Leaf Endive salad
Frisee makes a great alternative to parsley and by leaving the cracked wheat out it is Low Carb.

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 bunch Frisee Diced finely
- 1 large tomato deseeded and diced
- 1 small Onion Red finely diced
Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1 tspn Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tspn Pepper - White
Instructions
- Mix frisee, onion and tomato in a salad bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. The amount of dressing your make and use is up to you as long as it is equals parts oil to lemon juice.
