Ingredients

  • 500 G Pork & Veal Mince
  • .5 Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 Tspn Spices Dried
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil For frying
  • 1 Cup Lettuce Finely sliced
  • 50 G Cheese Grated
  • 1 Spring onion Sliced
  • .5 Tomato Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Capsicum Finely sliced
  • 12 La Tortilleria Tortillas

Instructions

  • Cook onions in oil, spice and onions.
    Serve.
