

Wombok & Sprout Slaw
Basic slaw then add what ever veggies you have in the fridge.

Ingredients
Salad
- 2 cup Cabbage Wombok is also known as Chinese Cabbage finely sliced
- 2 medium carrots grated/ shredded or finely julienned
- 1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts
- 5 Spring onions finely sliced lengthways
Dressing
- 2 tbpn Mirrin
- 2 tbpn Soy Sauce
- 1 tspn Sesame seeds
Instructions
- If you have a mandolin slicer the slaw will have a more delicate mouth feel. Make sure all the cabbage and carrots are finely sliced. Mix together in a salad bowl.
- Mix the Soy and Mirrin togther and add to the slaw. Sprinkle sesame seeds to serve.
