  • 2 cup Cabbage Wombok is also known as Chinese Cabbage finely sliced
  • 2 medium carrots grated/ shredded or finely julienned
  • 1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts
  • 5 Spring onions finely sliced lengthways


  • 2 tbpn Mirrin
  • 2 tbpn Soy Sauce
  • 1 tspn Sesame seeds


  • If you have a mandolin slicer the slaw will have a more delicate mouth feel. Make sure all the cabbage and carrots are finely sliced. Mix together in a salad bowl.
  • Mix the Soy and Mirrin togther and add to the slaw. Sprinkle sesame seeds to serve.
