  • 1 Celeriac Cut into chips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 dibble Pepper - Black
  • 1 pinch Salt


  • 1 Baking Dish


  • Toss the celeriac in the olive oil, pepper, salt, and seeds in the baking dish. Bake until roasted but still a little crunchy.
