  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • 3 gloves Garlic chopped
  • 5 Spring onions chopped
  • 150 g Pancetta sliced
  • 50 g Parmesan finely grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Ver Jus or vinegar
  • 1.5 litres Water or stock
